Must have an ABN/ACN
Must provide shipping address to receive quote
Order of one SKU with 10 units or above to one location, or
Order of over AUD $3,000 (GST inclusive) with each SKU less than 10 units to one location
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be a Dropshipzone Retailer to place a bulk order?
Nope, you can place a bulk order without signing up to Dropshipzone. However, if you sign up to Dropshipzone, you enjoy so many benefits.
How long is my quote valid for?
Your bulk order quote will be valid for 7 days. Please note, items cannot be placed on hold without payment and stock levels may fluctuate.
What are the payment terms?
Suppliers will dispatch items when full payment is received. Products must be purchased in one transaction to qualify for a bulk discount.
What’s the returns policy for a bulk order?
Unfortunately, suppliers won’t accept change of mind returns for bulk orders. For more information on refunds and returns, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
If you are a Retailer with Dropshipzone and your order is faulty, you can send a refunds and returns request via ‘My Account’ and ‘Message Center’.
Can I get a bulk order discount on promotion or clearance SKUs?
Bulk order pricing is at the discretion of the individual Supplier. Promotion or clearance SKUs may not be entitled to a further discount.
Can I place one bulk order and ship to multiple addresses?
You can’t ship a bulk order to multiple addresses. If you intend to ship to different addresses or resell to your customers, you will first need to ship the products to your warehouse and arrange fulfilment separately yourself.
Can I bundle products from different suppliers into a bulk order?
As our Suppliers each have their own warehouses, it’s not typically possible to bundle products into a single order. There may be some exceptions where the products are sourced from the same Supplier and shipped from the same address.
