Not much at all. To get started, you’ll need an active ABN or ACN. You’ll be asked to share basic information including your name, phone number and address. We also ask for a link to your online store (it can be under construction).

Yes, you certainly can. To become a Supplier with Dropshipzone, you must hold an active ABN or ACN, be registered for GST, and hold physical inventory in Australia. You must also be able to dropship your products with blind labelling from your warehouse and provide a 12-month minimum warranty across your products offered on Dropshipzone.

Once a Retailer with Dropshipzone, you can send requests for refunds and returns via ‘My Account’ and ‘Message Center’. Please provide a detailed explanation and images and/or videos. Individual Suppliers will determine if the product needs to be returned by the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
