To help you manage your expectations, please refer to the below table detailing our service level agreements (SLAs) for how frequently account top ups are applied to your Wallet. This will ensure you know how often you can expect your Wallet funds to be available for use.
Please be advised that sharing Dropshipzone top up details with anyone outside your business, including customers, is strictly prohibited. This policy is in place to protect our account and ensure the security of our operations. Failure to comply will result in a suspended account.
From 11 September 2024, you will no longer be able to top up your Wallet with PayPal. However, you can still use PayPal to pay for your orders. Simply head to your Orders page, select the relevant orders and press "Pay Order". You can select and pay for up to 20 orders at one time. You will then be directed to the Payment page where you can select PayPal as a payment method.
