Bulk ordering offers Retailers the advantage of sourcing products at competitive prices, maintaining stock levels, and buying larger quantities. The reduced frequency of placing orders saves valuable time and effort, and maintaining a stable inventory through bulk orders minimises the risk of stockouts and ensures a consistent supply of goods. How does bulk ordering work on Dropshipzone?
When you choose to bulk order with Dropshipzone, you unlock a host of benefits such as:
- Low minimum order quantities (MOQs)
- Stay prepared for peak season
- Complete control over delivery and fulfilment
Some products may also be offered at a bulk order discount. However, this will vary on a case-by-case basis, depending on the individual Supplier.
To qualify for placing bulk orders as a Retailer, you have two options:
- Order a minimum of 10 units of a single SKU to be delivered to a single location.
- Place orders totaling over AUD $3,000 (GST inclusive) with each SKU having less than 10 units delivered to one location.
Please note that Dropshipzone Suppliers will dispatch items only when full payment is received. Usually, it takes around 1-2 days for payment to be processed. In some cases, such as bank transfers, it could take 7 days or more.
How do I place bulk orders on Dropshipzone?
Dropshipzone simplifies the process of placing bulk orders. To place bulk orders, follow these steps:
- Request a quote for a bulk order by filling out the form. Make sure to include SKU and SKU quantity and delivery address.
Kindly note that our team will get back to you within 2 business days. You can alternatively email the required information to your Dropshipzone Account Manager. Please provide your delivery address when requesting a quote, otherwise, the postage will be charged separately.
2. Once you’ve received a quote, simply reach out to your Dropshipzone Account Manager. They are ready to help you seamlessly process your bulk orders.

Unfortunately, Dropshipzone Suppliers won’t accept a change of mind request for bulk orders. Please refer to Warranty, Refunds and Returns for more information.
Please note that promotion or clearance SKUs may not be entitled to a further discount. Additionally, bulk order pricing is at the discretion of the individual Supplier.
